We also use third-party services to provide the Service, including but not limited to OpenAI OpCo LLC for processing inputs, Postmark, a subsidiary of ActiveCampaign LLC for processing emails, Lemon Squeezy LLC for payment processing, Google LLC & Posthog, Inc. for analyzing user traffic, and Pythonanywhere LLP for hosting our servers and databases.
Poindexter Labs LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
